Applications
For semi-automatic and fully automatic operation: rotating parts, outer pipe walls, steel sections and surfaces requiring uniform coating thickness. The lightweight OC-Mini reduces the mechanical load on robot and gantry systems.
Suitable wires
Wires Ø 2.5 mm: zinc (Zn 99.9 %) | zinc-aluminium (ZnAl 85/15) | aluminium (Al 99.0 %). Compatible with WF4/WF6, Ø 300 mm spools or drums. Wire feed settings tailored to the wire feed gear and the required coating thickness.
