Nozzle Extension – straight
The straight nozzle extension is ideal for use in automated production lines where the spray device is difficult to access and awkward to maintain on site. It is attached to the spray device by means of an adapter head instead of the spray head.

Product details
For maintenance, e.g. changing the contact nozzles, the complete spray extension can easily be removed by loosening just two screws and, if necessary, replaced directly with a replacement extension. This effectively reduces production line downtime.
Applications
Automated and machine-guided coating processes in which the spray device is installed in a hard-to-reach position.
Suitable wires
Spray wires according to DIN EN ISO 14919 in diameters of 1.6 mm, 2.0 mm and 2.5 mm.
