Angled Nozzle Extension
The angled nozzle extension is a spray extension for the internal coating of pipes as well as for coating hard-to-reach areas. It is attached to the spray device by means of an adapter instead of the spray head.
- Concentrated spray jet at an angle of 70° to the longitudinal axis
- For pipe inside diameters from 80 mm (in combination with machine-guided spray devices)
- Adjustable nozzle system for fine adjustment of the spray jet
- Standard lengths from 300 to 1000 mm, others on request
- Adapters for OC1, LDU2, LDU3 and Schub5/OC-Mini
Product details
Contact nozzles bent in the spray direction and an axially adjustable atomizing nozzle with primary and secondary atomization produce a concentrated spray jet at an angle of 70° to the longitudinal axis.
Applications
Internal coating of pipes and cavities as well as coating of hard-to-reach areas. For handling reasons, we recommend a maximum length of 300 mm for hand-held spraying. In combination with a machine-guided spray device, lengths of up to 1000 mm are possible.
Suitable wires
Spray wires according to DIN EN ISO 14919 in diameters of 1.6 mm, 2.0 mm and 2.5 mm.
