Support Spray Machine HPG

The HPG support spray machine is designed for maximum material output: up to 200 kg of zinc wire per hour at spray currents up to 2000 A. The 550 W geared motor is maintenance-free and delivers a constant wire feed.

  • Housing made of fibre-reinforced material for a long service life
  • Open or closed nozzle system can be used (round-spray or wide-spray)
  • Suitable for processing spray wires Ø 1.6 – 4.76 mm
  • Designed for spray currents up to 2000 A
  • Maintenance-free 550 W geared motor
  • Quick and easy replacement of feed and pressure rollers
Product details
  • Spray wire diameter: 3.2 mm (other diameters on request)
  • Max. spray current: 2000 A DC (100 % duty cycle)
  • Compressed air consumption – atomizing air: 60–120 m³/h
  • Nominal diameter of compressed air ring main: 25 mm (1 inch)
  • Max. inlet pressure: 10 bar
  • Cooling type: convection
  • Protection class: IP 21

For applications with a very high material output – e.g. large coating systems, bridges and infrastructure projects. The HPG supports up to four nozzle system variants (open/closed, round-spray/wide-spray) for a wide range of coating requirements.

Zinc (Zn): up to 200 kg/h | zinc-aluminium (ZnAl): up to 158 kg/h | aluminium (Al): up to 80 kg/h – at 2000 A. Spray wire diameter 3.2 mm (standard), others on request. DIN EN ISO 14919.
