Helmet for Metal Sprayers
Light, sturdy plastic helmet with a panoramic visor for a wide field of vision. It protects the respiratory tract, eyes, hearing and head and is suitable for metal spraying, sandblasting, grinding and all other activities where clean breathing air is lacking.

Product details
Temperature-resistant helmet with a filter for absorbing ultraviolet radiation and a clamping device on the visor for inserting optical and metallic protective filters/meshes. Lined with comfort padding and an adjustable head pressure insert, plus a fireproof jacket. The outer apron and spare parts are easy to replace.

Respiratory protective device with EC type-examination certificate. CE approval in accordance with Directive 89/686/EEC, EN 271 and EN 14594.

Protective Suit for Metal Sprayers
During thermal spraying, the protective suit protects the wearer against spatter from small metal droplets, brief contact with flames and heat radiation. The front of the legs and the lower back are reinforced with aluminised fabric.
- Mainly made of flame-retardant fabrics with para-aramid and Kevlar fibres
- Tear-, abrasion- and rip-resistant

Breathing Air Filter Unit
The breathing air filter unit for 1–2 persons is supplied with SMF and AK filters (oil, particle and carbon filters) and is used to treat the air from the compressor. It is mounted on a floor stand but is also suitable for wall mounting.
- For 1–2 persons, air flow 660 l/min
- Particle filter removes solid particles > 0.01 µm
- Carbon filter removes oil and oil vapour down to 0.003 ppm
- Automatic drain valve on the filter housing
- Floor stand, also suitable for wall mounting
Product details
The filter housing has an automatic drain valve. The particle filter has a service life of approx. one year, the carbon filter of approx. 1000 hours. Set the working pressure manually using the reducing valve on the pressure gauge.

Air heater for 1–4 persons (up to 1600 l/min).
