The right wire for every application
All wires are matched to the respective spraying process. Whether for arc or flame spraying – the wires have been tested for optimum performance.
Available in various alloys – such as zinc, zinc-aluminium, aluminium, molybdenum, nickel-chromium and chromium steel. Always supplied with the corresponding test certificates.
A trouble-free spraying process with as little wear as possible is our constant aim – which is why all materials meet the highest quality requirements and international standards.

Corrosion protection
Zinc, zinc-aluminium and aluminium alloys for long-term corrosion protection – e.g. in wind power, steel and hydraulic engineering, offshore and industrial atmospheres.
Bond coat
Nickel-based bond coat wires for optimum mechanical bonding of subsequent spray coatings – also as build-up and buffer layers.
Steel-based
Steel and chromium steel wires for wear protection, repair and dimensional correction – from easy to machine to hard and wear-resistant.
Copper-based
Copper, brass and bronzes for conductive, decorative and low-friction coatings – e.g. for bearings, bushings and rollers.
Nickel-based
Nickel, Monel, nickel-chromium and Inconel for corrosion- and heat-resistant coatings.
Tin-based
Tin and bearing metal – e.g. for food processing machinery, solderable coatings and white metal bearings.
Molybdenum
Very good adhesion to aluminium and copper, excellent emergency running properties.
Packaging of your choice
As our customer, you decide how you need the material packaged – on spools or in drums. The right accessories for trouble-free wire feed are available too.
