OSUCAS spray devices
OSUCAS offers hand-held spray devices and support spray machines for every application: from manual coating to the fully automated production line. In addition to the OSUCAS in-house developments OC1, HPG and OC-Mini as hand-held or support spray devices, OSUCAS also supplies the proven OSU-Maschinenbau spray devices LDU3, LDU2, LDU2-E, LDSE2 and Schub5 – with full service support.
The OC1 with WF4 wire feed gear (OC-Speed) allows a working radius of up to 20 m – without intermediate gear. The OC-Mini is designed for low weight and is available as a hand-held or support spray device.
OC1 and OC-Mini are compatible with all OSUCAS power sources up to 600 A. Developed and produced at our site in Castrop-Rauxel, Germany.

Proven and tested OSU-Maschinenbau components that are also used with OSUCAS power sources. Like our in-house developments, they receive full OSUCAS support: spare parts from stock, maintenance, repair and spare parts lists.
