With its closed nozzle system, the OC1 hand-held spray device delivers very fine atomization of the molten particles – ideal for corrosion protection wires (OC1 Corr) or technical wires (OC1 Tech). The optimised power connection system minimises energy losses in the process.

Applications
The OC1 Corr is optimised for hand-held corrosion protection – ideal for bridges, towers, tanks and steel structures. Cable and hose sets up to 20 m allow use even in hard-to-reach areas. The OC1 Tech is suitable for technical spray applications with fine or hard wires.
Suitable wires
OC1 Corr: zinc (Zn), zinc-aluminium (ZnAl), aluminium (Al), AlMg5 – Ø 2.0 / 2.5 mm according to DIN EN ISO 14919. OC1 Tech: technical wires Ø 1.6 mm. Other diameters available on request.
