The LDSE2 support spray machine specialises in maximum material output with corrosion protection wires – up to 200 kg of zinc wire per hour. The maintenance-free electric motor and the proven feed system ensure reliable continuous coating.

Applications
For applications with a very high material output – e.g. fully automated large coating systems. The LDSE2 processes corrosion protection wires up to Ø 3.48 mm and can be combined with round-spray and wide-spray nozzle systems.
Suitable wires
Zinc (Zn), zinc-aluminium (ZnAl), aluminium (Al) – spray wire diameter 2.5 – 3.48 mm according to DIN EN ISO 14919. Spray rate zinc: up to 200 kg/h at 2000 A.
