The OSUCAS wire feed trolley with integrated wire feed gear and uncoiling device is an optional component – especially for corrosion protection applications where a large working radius is required. Compared to a standard setup with a total cable and hose set length of 10 m, it allows a total cable and hose set length of up to 40 m.
The power source can be positioned outside the spray area, which protects it from metal dust contamination. It also allows work in areas with very restricted access, e.g. through manholes.

Product details
For access to very restricted areas, e.g. in boilers through a manhole, the trolley can be dismantled into its main components: wire feed gear, uncoiling device, wheels and handles can be removed. Integrated connections ensure tidy cable and hose routing, and optimised power connections ensure high energy efficiency. It uses the same feed system as the standard systems – no additional spare parts stock.
Features
The illustration shows the version with the WF4 wire feed gear. Depending on requirements, the WF6 or PF1 wire feed gear can be used as an alternative.
Optional: extension cable and hose sets with quick-release couplings and a remote control with signal lamps, reset and wire feed buttons.
