Since 2010, OSUCAS GmbH has been developing and manufacturing high-quality arc spray systems for demanding industrial applications. Our systems are designed for permanently trouble-free operation and offer high process reliability even in intensive continuous use – for maximum availability and minimum downtime in your production.
As a manufacturer with our own production in Castrop-Rauxel, we stand for “Made in Germany” quality and a service that is consistently geared to the needs of our customers.
Kerstin Neuhaus-Ameti founded OSUCAS based on first-hand experience: as a qualified industrial clerk, she looked after arc spraying customers worldwide for many years – first at OSU-Maschinenbau GmbH, later at Sulzer Metco OSU GmbH. She knew what customers really need. In 2010, she created what she had been missing with OSUCAS: a manufacturer that supplies systems, service, spare parts and repairs from a single source – and consistently puts its customers’ needs first.

Kerstin Neuhaus-Ameti founded OSUCAS GmbH in 2010 – bringing many years of sales experience in arc spraying technology, most recently at Sulzer Metco OSU GmbH.
Together with her husband Shkelzen Neuhaus-Ameti, who heads the technical department, OSUCAS grew from a spare parts and service business into a manufacturer of high-quality and reliable arc spray systems.
The company philosophy: the needs and possibilities of the customer come first – and the solution is developed on that basis.
Qualified industrial clerk with many years of experience in selling arc spray systems. Member of the expert team of the Unternehmerinnenbrief NRW, Emscher-Lippe region, since 2011. Role-model entrepreneur of the “FRAUEN unternehmen” initiative (German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy). Nominated for the Gründerpreis NRW 2015.
Responsible for the technical department – from development and manufacturing to quality assurance of all OSUCAS equipment.
